Would you guys be okay showing up to sessions early if sometimes we held work shops? So, an hour to talk about how to make adventures, another day for character creation, etc etc. I feel that would be great for new people and those who want to get into being a DM. To be fair, what's the problem a lot of would be DM's have? Creating a fun adventure the players will like. It scares them away because they don't know how to do it properly. If we can show them how to comfortably make one and run one, we will see a lot more custom adventures and people wanting to be a DM, which helps when your main DM'S don't want to or can't.

Not opposed to this idea at all. having current DM/GM's share their ideas and knowledge would be very helpful.

I have been considering of posting Learn to be a Game Master Events which would include how to write an adventure, how to run an adventure, how to post events, etc.

I Like this too, it would be a fun time to maybe even have a GM's meetup or something like that.
I always enjoy telling people how I process adventures and run them. What changes I make and things like that. Always fun.
